  5. Choose Rulers, Grid & Guides from the View menu.

  8. Click the Show check box under the Rulers, Grid, and/or Guide Lines heading in the Rulers, Grid & Guides dialog, then click OK.

  10. ‚Ä¢ To turn off the display of the rulers, grid, and guides, click the appropriate Show check box again, then click OK.

  12. Note: You can also use the Show Rulers command (Cmd-R) in the View menu to control the ruler display. If rulers are already displayed, you can double-click either one to display the Rulers, Grid & Guides dialog.
